01 / Something is wrong
Keep the emergency route immediate
Emergency content leads with safety guidance and the 24/7 phone line. A visitor does not have to find or complete a form before calling.
Case study
Switched On Electrical & Communication
A mobile-first website organised around the two moments an electrical customer is actually in: something is wrong now, or there is work to plan.
View the live websiteThe design problem
Switched On Electrical & Communication serves Perth homes and businesses from Cannington. Its work ranges from 24/7 emergency call-outs to residential upgrades, commercial installations, switchboards, safety testing and data cabling.
That breadth creates a structural problem. Someone facing sparks or a power fault needs safety guidance and a phone number immediately. Someone planning a fit-out needs service detail and a way to request a quote. One generic contact path would make both visitors work harder.
The content decision
01 / Something is wrong
Emergency content leads with safety guidance and the 24/7 phone line. A visitor does not have to find or complete a form before calling.
02 / There is work to plan
Home and business routes give planned-work visitors relevant context first, followed by service detail and a written quote path.
03 / Is this local?
The Cannington base, surrounding suburbs and 20 km service radius make geographic fit visible before a visitor gets in touch.
Enquiry path
The site does not force every visitor through the same contact route. Urgent electrical problems lead to a phone call; planned work leads to a quote form.
The form asks only for a name, email address, mobile number and message. There is no account or portal to create, so the visitor can describe the job and move on.
How it was built
The delivered result
The finished site puts the 24/7 emergency line alongside distinct home and business routes. Service pages explain the work, location pages establish local fit, and the contact page keeps emergency calls separate from planned quote requests.
Artemian built and maintains the website. This is a description of the delivered system, not a performance claim. We do not attribute rankings, traffic, enquiries, jobs or revenue to this build; advertising, sales and ongoing SEO sit outside our role.
Takes about 3 minutes. No sales call required.
