The build

A complete website, written and built from your answers.

You fill in a questionnaire about your business. We turn that into the words, the structure, and the site itself, then take it all the way to launch. You are not handed a blank template to fill in yourself.

What the build includes
Planning	We read your fit check and tell you in writing what we would build and why
Pages	Up to 5 pages
Words	Up to 2,500 words, written for you from your answers
Design	One of our layouts, fitted to your brand, your photos, and your content
Form	A contact or quote-request form that emails you
Other services	Links or embeds to things you already use, like a booking system
Search setup	Page titles and descriptions, clean HTML, a sitemap, the right structured data, and up to 10 redirects from your old site
Changes	One round, after you have seen the whole site
Launch	We deploy it, connect your domain, test the form and the redirects, and check it over in production
First 30 days	Anything that does not work the way we agreed, we fix

After launch

Someone is responsible for it staying up.

The monthly fee starts at launch and is not optional, because we stay on the hook for your site working. Some months you will not hear from us at all. That is the fee doing its job.

Hosting and updates
We host it, we push every change, we back up each release, and we can roll back if one goes wrong.
We notice before you do
Your site is checked for outages and expiring certificates, and your form is tested every month.
Kept patched
Security and dependency updates, so the site does not quietly rot.
Small changes
20 minutes a month for changing text, swapping an image, or updating a phone number. It does not roll over.
Email support
You hear back within 2 business days on an ordinary request.
If something breaks
A site or form outage jumps the queue. Anything bigger gets priced and approved before we start.

Where it stops

This package is as good as it is because of what it leaves out.

We can quote a fixed price and hold to it because the job is the same shape every time. The moment we start bolting on shops and logins, that stops being true — for you as much as for us. So if you need those things, we will point you somewhere better rather than take the deposit.

Ownership

Your domain and your site stay yours.

Plenty of small businesses find out too late that their web guy owns the domain. That will not happen here. If you ever want to leave, you can, and you take the site with you.

Yours

Your domain, content, and accounts

Your domain, the words and photos you gave us, and any third-party accounts stay in your name. The code for your site is handed over once the final payment clears.

The tools we bring to every job

The reusable components, templates, and methods we use across all our builds stay ours. You are not paying to own our toolkit, and we are not reselling your business.

Support

How fast we move depends on what is actually broken.

Email is the way in. It keeps your request, our answer, and what you approved in one place that either of us can find again a year later.

01 / Drop everything

Your site or form is down

If your site is offline or your form has stopped emailing you, that gets worked on straight away. How fast it is fixed can still depend on your domain, host, or email provider.

02 / Normal

Text and image changes

You hear back within 2 business days. Wanting a price changed by this afternoon is not an emergency, and we will not pretend it is.

03 / New work

Extra pages or features

Anything beyond your monthly allowance gets a price and a timeframe in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes.
