A$1,100 after accepting the scope and agreement. The other A$1,100 is due after you approve the site and before launch.

A$129per month from launch
Care continues even when you do not request a content change. It is month to month with 30 days' written notice.
A$3,748 in the first 12 months. That is the build fee plus 12 monthly care payments. Not registered for GST; no GST is charged.
Written first
First, you approve the recommended page plan. Then we write and build the complete website. You review the finished version once, send one consolidated list, and approve it before launch.

The public site uses semantic HTML and minimal browser JavaScript, with responsive layouts checked at small screen sizes.

Your site has its own source repository and a documented release process, ready for a clean handover if care ends.
